How do I get a workspace?
There is no self-service signup. Tell us a little about your team, which clients you work for, and whether you want to connect a mailbox, and we set up a workspace with a 30-day trial and invite you as owner. Most setups take a day from first email to first login.
Availability is usually limited to outside normal working hours. Email is the surest way to reach us; we reply as soon as we can.

Security and privacy questions
The security overview answers most of what comes up in a vendor assessment. The privacy policy and the data processing agreement describe our role as processor. Security reports go to the same email address and are acknowledged within two working days.
